BETA DATA & PRIVACY
Privacy and data safety
Last updated: 20 October 2026. FLUXA currently offers the recovered Business Workspace at /workspace/ and a separate classic local-only beta at /app. Neither workspace automatically merges data from the other. Cloud snapshot sync remains in beta.
1. Browser workspace records
Customers, quotations, follow-ups, jobs, and settings begin in your browser storage (localStorage). Other people using the same browser profile may have access. Browser cleanup, device replacement, storage reset, or private browsing can remove records. Local browser records are not end-to-end encrypted by FLUXA. Save a JSON backup regularly and protect that file.
2. Optional account and cloud snapshots
In the recovered FLUXA Workspace, you may choose to sign up or sign in through Supabase. Supabase Auth processes account email, login and related technical information. The Workspace does not automatically upload business records merely because you sign in. You must explicitly upload or restore a cloud snapshot and enable synchronization. When active, a JSON copy of selected workspace records is stored in this project's Supabase database, protected by user-specific row-level security rules; account administrators may still have privileged backend access. FLUXA does not claim end-to-end encryption or independent security certification.
Cloud sync is an early-access feature. A conflict or connection failure can interrupt it. Keep separate downloads of your business data and confirm successful cloud saves yourself. Do not put passwords, card details, health records or other highly sensitive content inside customer notes. The classic local-only beta continues storing its records only in the browser and does not automatically migrate to the recovered Workspace.
3. Pilot request and feedback forms
When you submit the voluntary contact form on the home page, your name, email, request type and contact consent are securely stored in the FLUXA owner's Cloudflare D1 database separately from the business workspace. The operator uses these details only to review your opt-in pilot request, answer feedback or process a deletion request. There is no automatic mailing list, public access to submissions, or third-party sale of this information. Only the owner's authenticated Cloudflare account can directly query the private database. To request deletion, use the contact form and select the deletion option; the owner will verify the request before removal. The database provider's privacy information is at Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
4. Your choices and deletion
Export your browser data using the in-app backup control before removing anything. Deleting local browser data does not automatically remove cloud snapshots. For a request to remove a contact submission or cloud-associated information, submit a request through the site's contact form and provide only the information needed to identify your request. Account deletion and cloud data erasure are not yet available as a verified self-service workflow.
5. External services and beta limitations
WhatsApp links require your choice and are not unsolicited automatic marketing. Payment collection, server-backed public quotation acceptance and guaranteed financial outcomes are not offered by this static beta. Some functionality may depend on internet access or compatible browsers. FLUXA's terms and data practices may change as features are verified; significant changes will be reflected here.
